At Namasté Institute we understand that individual expression is key to a student's learning and healing. In addition to our Foundational Holistic Massage Therapist program of study, students also have the opportunity to explore further into new territories of Holistic Health & Healing through the choice of one or more concentrations. These concentrations also provide the opportunity to fulfill the additional course hours for students whose intentions are to transfer to one of the minority of states that requires more than the National Standard of 500 hours. Please note that students do not have to choose a concentration beyond the Foundational 600-hour Holistic Massage Therapist Program of Study.

1. Bio-Energy Healing Program of Study (26 Hours)
~ CranioSacral Therapy (CST) (6 Hours)
~ Polarity (14 Hours)
~ Usui Shiki Ryoho - Reiki (6 Hours)

2. Yoga Teacher/Therapy Training Program of Study (200 Hours)

3. Zen Shiatsu Bodywork Program of Study (150/150 Hours)

4. Aquatic Integration Program of Study (162 Hours)
