DIRECTIONS TO NAMASTÉ INSTITUTE
Namaste' Institute is located at 328 Main Street, Studio 201, Rockland, ME.
From Boston, Mass.:
Take US ROUTE 1 N out of BOSTON, then I-95 N toward NH/ME; take I-295 N via Exit 44 toward SOUTH PORTLAND/PORTLAND; continue until the US ROUTE 1 exit (Exit 28) toward COASTAL ROUTE/BRUNSWICK/BATH; stay STRAIGHT to go onto US ROUTE 1 N/BLUE STAR MEMORIAL HWY; continue to follow US ROUTE 1
N into Rockland until you reach the light at the intersection of Park and Main Streets. Turn left onto Main Street. We are located in the 3rd building on the left – above Rock City Books and Coffee and Black Parrot – Studio 201 is directly above Black Parrot. Driving time from Boston is Approximately 3.5 hours.
From Portland, Maine:
From PORTLAND, take I-295 N toward FALMOUTH; then take the US ROUTE 1 exit (Exit 28) toward COASTAL ROUTE/BRUNSWICK/BATH; stay STRAIGHT to go onto US ROUTE 1 N/BLUE STAR MEMORIAL HWY; continue to follow US ROUTE 1 N into Rockland until you reach the light at the intersection of Park and Main Streets. Turn left onto Main Street. We are located in the 3rd building on the left – above Rock City Books and Coffee and Black Parrot – Studio 201 is directly above Black Parrot.
Driving time from Portland is Approximately 1 hour 50 minutes.
From Augusta, Maine:
From AUGUSTA, turn LEFT onto ME ROUTE 17/ME ROUTE 32/ROCKLAND RD; Take Rt. 17 into Rockland, straight through the light at the intersection with Route 90, then again straight through your next light at the intersection with Old County Road. You'll approach a flashing yellow light (golf course will be on your left), take that right and follow North Main Street straight through the light at the intersection with Broadway. You'll come to a stop sign and then merge right, with Route 1 South traffic, veering right around the building, then left following Rt. 1/Union Street (one way). Continue through the lights on Union Street until the intersection with Park Street. At the light (Rite Aid is across the street) take a left on Park Street, then your next left onto Main Street. We are located in the 3rd building on the left – above Rock City Books and Coffee and Black Parrot – Studio 201 is directly above Black Parrot.

From Bangor, Maine:
From BANGOR, Merge onto US ROUTE 202 W via EXIT 2 toward HAMPDEN; US ROUTE 202 W becomes WESTERN AVE/ME ROUTE 9; turn RIGHT onto US ROUTE 1A/MAIN RD N; continue to follow ROUTE 1A S; turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto US ROUTE 1 S/ME ROUTE 3 S; continue to follow US ROUTE 1 S to ROCKland; Follow signs for Rt. 1 South through Rockland until you reach the light at the intersection of Union and Park Streets. At the light (Rite Aid is across the street) take a left on Park Street, then your next left onto Main Street. We are located in the 3rd building on the left – above Rock City Books and Coffee and Black Parrot – Studio 201 is directly above Black Parrot.
